There are several places where one can find free CSS templates online. There so many different types of templates such that if you do not have a picture of the kind of template you want to use for your website, you may end up getting confused on which of them to use. Almost all of these templates have features that may be recurrent in all of them, but a number of them are usually unique and different from the rest. The templates are usually shared under the creative commons license. Some of the websites that offer these free templates are reviewed below.
